A 22-year old motorcyclist who managed to evade police twice the other evening, died in a Fontana crash shortly after. The motorcyclist was spotted by a police officer earlier in the evening when he was driving with his headlights off. Soon after, a second officer spotted him. Apparently, he managed to evade both.
