A 48-year old Twin Peaks man died in a head-on crash the other night as a result of a 20-year old speeding on Highway 18.
The 20-year old Rancho Cucamonga man was speeding when he lost control of his truck and crossed over the divider into oncoming traffic. He hit the vehicle head-on, killing him.
Police determined that the 20-year old had alcohol in his system; however, he was not arrested pending an investigation.
