A recent 26-year old nursing graduate and her mother were heading to the mall recently when they discovered what looked like a junk yard on the side of the road. It didn't take her long to realize that there had been a terrible accident and those were car parts all over the road. A pickup truck crashed into a van after running a stop sign.
She jumped out of her car and looked to see who she could help. There were bodies in a muddy cornfield near the road. There had been nine people in the van, including the driver and eight teenagers. The driver of the pickup was alone. She found several people with minor injuries and three dead victims.
When the emergency team arrived, the girl was able to tell them about the injuries the passengers sustained. She helped and made a difference to those who were in need.
