An accident can happen when you least expect it - to anyone, at any given time. A 35-year old San Bernardino man died the other evening while riding his motorcycle.
Without any notice, your reliable motorcycle may suddenly fail to run properly, sending your body in one direction and your bike in another. For unknown reasons, he lost control of the motorcycle and struck a curb, causing him to be ejected from the bike. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died minutes later.
The San Bernardino Police Department is investigating to determine what happened. No other vehicles were involved.
If you are injured in a motorcycle accident because you lost control suddenly, it may be the fault of defective parts. In most accident cases, the motorcyclist will be catastrophically injured or like in this incident, killed. Contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who can help you determine if a defective part was the cause of your accident and help you seek justice for your injuries and expenses.
