A couple out for a fun-filled ride on his motorcycle the other day did not have the day they planned.
A Hemet man and his 48-year old female passenger were out for a ride when, for unknown reasons, he lost control. The passenger was thrown to her death.
It was reported that the motorcyclist was wearing an approved helmet, but his passenger was not. Officers believe the novelty helmet that she was wearing could have contributed to her death. In addition, the man only had an instructional permit and was prohibited from carrying passengers.
