Michelin Tire Company has recalled more than 840,000 BF Goodrich and Uniroyal tires because the tread can separateand cause rapid air loss. The company has not received any reports of injury or death to date.
The tires were made as replacements for commercial light trucks and full-size, heavy-duty vans from April 2010 until recently. Michelin will replace these tires at no charge to the consumer.
