How awful for that man who was seriously injured by not one, but two cars while crossing Highway 18 recently - according to the San Bernardino Sun. One of the vehicles was driven by a San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputy. Both drivers stopped to help the injured pedestrian. He was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for major injuries.
The Inland Valley Daily Bulletin recently reported that a 22-year old man was critically injured when a car hit him on March 28 at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Oaks Avenue in Ontario. The driver of that car left the scene without stopping. He was lying in the road when police arrived.

Those that witnessed the accident told police that the man turned left in front of the automobile. The man was taken to a local hospital where he is in critical condition.
A Loma Linda woman was killed in a fatal car crash in Highland recently. Evidence found while investigating was turned over to the San Bernardino County sheriff's homicide department. The evidence is unknown at this time.
