Fatal motorcycle accident in Victorville

According to the San Bernardino County Coroner's office, a 25-year old Fontana man died in the early hours in an accident in Victorville.

Apparently he had lost control of his motorcycle while going around a curve in the road and was ejected from his seat, causing his body to end up quite a distance away from the accident.

Firefighters pronounced him dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet but no other safety gear. The Sheriff's Department is investigating to determine what caused this young man to lose control of his motorcycle.

If the investigation determines a mechanical failure of some sort, his family should contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney to see if they can file a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the motorcycle or whatever equipment failed him. They may be entitled to compensation for their tragic loss plus any expenses incurred.
