Fatal pedestrian accident in Hesperia

Two women, ages 22 and 20, were arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run in conjunction with the death of a 38-year old man.

The man was out for a walk near his home when he was run down by the vehicle, which fled the scene.  Witnesses say the woman and her passenger live in the area and have been seen many times speeding and driving recklessly through the streets of Hesperia.

California Vehicle Code Section 20001(a) states, "Motorists are required to stop immediately and remain at the scene of a crash."

It would be wise if they contacted an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who will investigate the facts of their case to determine if they should file a wrongful death lawsuit so they can be compensated for their loss and any expenses incurred.
