A 42-year old San Bernardino parolee led police on a high-speed pursuit at 80 mph through San Bernardino the other night when a CHP officer attempted to stop his vehicle for an unspecified traffic violation.
The pursuit ended in a horrific crash involving four vehicles when the man lost control. Two passengers in the parolee's vehicle were taken to a nearby hospital with major injuries.
One passenger was also a parolee with an outstanding arrest warrant. In addition, six people in three other vehicles suffered minor injuries.
