Fatal motorcycle accident

A driver crossed into the path of a motorcycle at an intersection the other day - killing the 25-year old Hesperia man after he was thrown from the bike.

The motorcyclist was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. The driver of the other vehicle was also taken to the hospital for treatment. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is investigating to determine why this fatal accident took place.

According to the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration, thousands of people are injured and killed each year as a result of motorcycle accidents. The chances of a motorcyclist being killed are much higher than those of an occupant in an automobile.

If the driver of the car is found to be at fault for this young man's death, the relatives of this man should contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney and file a wrongful death lawsuit against the driver.
