65-year old motorcyclist killed

A motorcyclist on the road faces increased risk levels when driving. Motorcyclists are relatively unprotected in the case of an accident versus a driver in an automobile. Many vehicle drivers do not always yield the right of way to a motorcycle.

Tragic accident involving a big-rig & an SUV

A 37-year old woman died the other morning when a driver of a big-rig tractor trailer, for unknown reasons, collided with the mountainside as he approached a curve in the road, causing the trailer's gravel box to separate from the trailer frame. The box came to a stop on the opposite side of the road, hitting an SUV driven by the 37-year old woman.

Driving on snowy roads

Southern California is not used to snowy weather. However, motorists near Joshua Tree National Park can say otherwise. A heavy snowstorm hit the area last week and closed some of the roads - they are now open again. The storm left about a foot of snow near the park; roads were closed while city crews plowed the roads clean.

Ford Motor Co recalls vehicles

Ford Motor Company has issued a recall for more than 500 2012 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator vehicles because of faulty welds in the head restraint support brackets for the second-row right-hand seats.

Dental malpractice occurs when a dentist fails to properly diagnose or treat an oral health condition. It can occur while performing a routine cleaning or undertaking a tooth extraction.

Truck driver killed in Hesperia

A 32-year old San Bernardino man lost control of his vehicle the other morning on Interstate 15 in Hesperia, causing it to drift into the center divider then cross several lanes - it ended up crashing into a big-rig. According to reports, the driver was speeding.

DUI driver causes fatal car accident

A 23-year old Pomona man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after driving on the wrong side of the 91 Freeway and crashing head-on with another vehicle the other morning. The crash killed a 53-year old woman and seriously injured three other people. They were taken to nearby hospitals.
