A 17-year old playing around on her skateboard the other evening was critically injured when a motorcycle struck her in San Bernardino.
Reports indicate that she was crossing a street when the motorcycle approached the intersection at speeds between 65 and 70 mph. The motorcyclist never stopped.
California Vehicle Code Section 20002 requires a driver to immediately stop at the scene of an accident and get help if necessary.
The girl was taken to a nearby hospital with major head injuries. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
If you are injured by another driver, contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who will investigate your case to determine if you are entitled to compensation for your injuries, pain and suffering and medical expenses.
