Out-of-town trucker killed

A 34-year old out-of-town trucker unloading his cargo in Chino recently was killed during the process.

The man was unloading a cargo of fiberglass beams when a forklift driver picked up a load, causing it to shift. According to reports, the load hit him on the head, knocking him down. It then landed on his chest.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died shortly after. The accident is under investigation.

Wrongful death cases have occurred due to improper training of employees, failure to adhere to safety standards or failure to provide adequate safety equipment.

If a loved one has died while on-the-job, contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney because you have wrongful death rights, which include compensation for funeral costs, financial damages, medical expenses, and pain and suffering.
