Pedestrian struck by a police vehicle

If a motor vehicle struck you or a family member while you were crossing the street, an inattentive driver is most likely to blame.

According to the San Bernardino County Coroner's office, a deputy sheriff struck a 31-year old Joshua Tree woman who was running across a busy road the other night.

The woman was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died a short time later.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating to determine what caused the accident.

If you or a family member is struck by a motor vehicle while you are crossing the street, and you are injured or your family member is killed, contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who will vigorously protect your rights while seeking compensation for your serious physical and personal losses or the wrongful death of a loved one.
