A 20-year old pickup truck driver died the other morning in Fontana when a rear-end collision caused him to slam into a big-rig truck.
A rear-end collision usually occurs when the lead car suddenly stops and the back car does not have enough time to stop in order to avoid hitting the first car.
Police are investigating to determine what caused this fatal accident. It would be wise for the family of the victim to contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney to determine if they can file a wrongful death lawsuit. In most cases, the driver who does the rear-ending is to blame.
