Young motorcyclist crashes

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner's office, a 26-year old Bloomington man died when he lost control of his motorcycle.

Reports indicate that he was riding around a curve in the road when he hit a curb and was ejected from his bike. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.

Officers are investigating to determine what caused him to lose control. Was he speeding? Was he riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs? Was there something in the road that caused him to lose control? Was his motorcycle defective in any way?

I hope they consult with an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who will investigate their case to determine if his death was caused by a defective part in the motorcycle. If this is the case, they might be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the manufacturer and receive compensation for their loss.
