San Bernardino County scene of many road deaths

August did not start well for at least five San Bernardino County drivers. Wednesday, the worst day of the week - three people died in vehicle accidents.

Two accidents happened as a result of drivers suddenly slamming on their brakes because of slower-moving traffic ahead. On Wednesday evening, the CHP reported a three-vehicle accident involving a Cal Fire pickup truck on the 210 Freeway, which killed a 48-year old man.

In the second accident, a 23-year old Ontario girl was killed when her SUV rolled over after she slammed on her brakes, causing the vehicle to hit a center divider, and eject her from the vehicle onto the freeway.

It is important to keep your distance while driving, especially in slow-moving traffic. CHP officers state that limiting your distractions and staying alert while driving keeps you from becoming a statistic.

If you are injured or someone you love is killed due to the negligence of another driver, contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who will investigate your case to determine if you are entitled to compensation for your injuries, expenses and loss.
