Bicyclist hit by a utility truck

A 25-year old man was hit by a utility truck recently while riding his bicycle. He died shortly after from his injuries. Police found the hit-and-run driver in Rancho Cucamonga.

A 30-year old man was arrested the other day on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, as well as hit-and-run resulting in death or injury. Evidence showed that there was heavy damage to the front of the man's truck and there was matching paint on the truck and the bicycle.

He is being held on $250,000 bail and is awaiting a court hearing.
