DUI suspect crashes into a street sweeper

An Ontario street sweeper who was stopped on the side of the road in the wee hours of the morning got hit by an alleged drunk woman driver. The driver and her passenger were injured and were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The accident is under investigation to determine what happened although apparently alcohol may have played a part in it. However, investigators must determine if the street sweeper was parked in a way that made it difficult for cars to get by.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI.

If you are involved in an accident where a negligent driver was responsible, contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who will investigate to determine what happened, who was at fault, and if you are entitled to compensation for your injuries and medical expenses.
