Inglewood crash kills 5-year old boy

On February 28, 2013 a 5-year-old boy was killed Wednesday night when a car slammed into a pole in Inglewood. Police are currently conducted a criminal investigation. Doctor under investigation in drug-overdose deaths

Dr. Van Vu is currently undergoing the intense scrutiny of an investigation by the Medical Board of California for at least 16 drug-related deaths over the course of many years. Many of the deceased were given powerful cocktails of narcotic painkillers during the course of their treatment, including drugs such as methadone and morphine, with fatal results. After investigators spoke with members of the families of the deceased, they were allowed access to medical records which revealed a great deal of new information regarding the overdoses.

A woman in her twenties is being treated for life-threatening injuries in San Francisco General Hospital after being struck by the M-Oceanview light-rail vehicle at 3:04 PM yesterday afternoon.
